Meet The Team
Mohamed El-Sisi began his professional career as an engineer at Etisalat Egypt. Over the span of 15 years, he steadily advanced through various positions until he became the Operation Manager. He then moved to Ericsson as the Operation Director before deciding to follow his passion and enter the real estate market. He founded his first real estate company to offer a distinctive product that meets the needs of the Egyptian market in both East and West Cairo.
At Symphony, our team is composed of seasoned professionals who are passionate about helping you achieve your real estate goals. With a combined experience of tens of years in the industry, we have a deep understanding of the local market and a proven track record of success.
Mohamed Ghareeb began his professional career as an engineer and, over 17 years, he moved between multinational corporates such as Nokia, Huawei, and Orange. He eventually became the RF Acceptance Manager at Huawei Iraq before joining Mohamed El-Sisi and Tamer Sheeded in their successful entrepreneurial venture.
Hesham Abdelkhalek embarked on his professional journey as an engineer, where he swiftly excelled in founding his own company. Within a remarkably short period, spanning 28 years, his company emerged as one of the top three firms in the thermal insulation sector within the oil and gas industry, as well as the contracting sector. It has collaborated with numerous governmental entities, such as the Ministry of Housing, on various construction projects.
Ahmed launched his professional career in the real estate industry in 2006, gaining valuable experience with leading companies such as Al Kharafi, Alborouj, and E-dar. Leveraging his expertise, he went on to found several successful ventures, including Elite Property Consultancy S.A.E. and Summit for Construction & Trading S.A.E. Dr. Khaled holds a Master’s degree in International Commercial Transactions from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport (AASTMT), which he earned in 2014. In 2022, he further advanced his academic credentials by obtaining a Ph.D. in Economics.
Tamer Shedeed began his professional career as an engineer at Ericsson, where he achieved success and climbed the ranks over 17 years until he became the Managed Services Director. He then decided to join Mohamed El-Sisi in founding their first real estate company to pursue their shared passion for delivering a unique and distinct real estate product.
Shaima Megahed launched her legal career as a freelance lawyer, where she quickly earned a strong reputation and a dedicated client base due to her commitment and legal acumen. Driven by a desire to expand her practice, she established the Shaimaa Megahed Law Firm, allowing her to take on a broader spectrum of legal matters. During this time, she developed extensive expertise in advising investors and developers on complex real estate and construction projects.
Earlier this year, Shaima transitioned to a high-profile role as a legal consultant at Symphony Development, working closely with Mohamed El-Sisi. In this capacity, she now provides strategic legal guidance and oversight on the company’s initiatives, drawing on her substantial experience with developers and her proven track record in the legal field.
Seasoned Business Development Director and Business Consultant specializing in Brand Equity & Redesign. Holds an MBA from GSM, Malaysia, with over a decade of experience in Egypt and the Gulf. Founder & Co-Founder of different ventures.
